- The new floor plans have been submitted to RAK municipality for approval and still expected and once it’s approved the work will resume on site
June Report
- The new floor plans have been submitted to RAK municipality for approval, expected by mid June in order to recommence works .

- The new floor plans have been submitted to RAK municipality for approval, expected back in two weeks time and once it's approved the work will resume on site.
April Report
- The shutter and steel's works preparation for casting the 14th slab is in progress.
- Block's works have started on the 5th floor which is the 1st commercial floor.
- The expected completion of this project is June 2011.
