- Carpentry and joinery works are 80% completed.
- MEP works (electrical, mechanical, drainage, water supply) 96% completed and in progress.
- A/C works 98% completed.
- Lift works 94% completed.
- Aluminum and glass works 95% completed. (Windows and doors).
- Curtain wall for the outside façade is 98% completed.
- Tile works has started up to the 18th floor with an average of 75% completed.
- The removal of the tower carne started on 25/6/2011; it will take 5 days to be completely dismantled.
- The removal of the scaffolding will start on 28/06/2011; it will take one week to two weeks to get it all cleared.

- 100% super structure completed.
- Curtain walling progress as follows;
- 70% for the front elevation,
- 90% for the rear elevation
- 80% for the side elevations. - Expected completion for the curtain walls’ by August.
- The Air Conditioning work completed up to 12th floor.
- Electrical wiring completed up to 5th floor.
- The plaster work completed up to 5th floor.
- Two show flats will be ready by the end of June.
May 2010 Report
- 100% of super structure has been completed.
- The curtain walling is in progress;
70% completed on the front;
90% completed on the back; and
80% completed on the sides. - The MEP, AC and fire fighting system works are in progress.
- The plaster work has commenced on the 3rd floor.

- All structural work is complete.
- The curtain walling is in progress; 65% for the front side, 90% for the back side and 80% for the sides.
- The MEP, AC and fire fighting works are in progress.
