  • Drainage and water supply works are completed up to the 26th floor and in progress in the 27th floor.
  • AC works are completed up to the 21st floor and 80% complete in the 22nd floor.
  • Fire alarm & emergency cabling are completed up to the 18th floor and 40% complete up to the 22nd floor.
  • Electrical works are completed up to the 25th floor and 35% complete up to the 27th floor.
  • Curtain walling works are underway with the aluminum frame work completed up to the 24th floor and the glass is fixed up to the 8th floor and in progress in the 9th and 10th floors.

August 2010 Report

  • The 28th floor slab was cast on 20th July 2010.
  • As per Dubai Municipality regulation and since we have a steel roof and pergola steel structure the design of the last four floors has to be checked and approved by the third party structural engineering office and Dubai Municipality prior to any casting activity for those remaining floors. The third party consultant has already approved the design and now it is with DM for their final review and approval. We are expecting this approval to come through by next week then the contractor needs two days to cast the 29th slab and the cycle will be a slab cast every week.
  • 100% of the block works are completed up to 24th floor.
  • 60% of the block works are completed in the 25th floor.
  • 100% of the plastering works are completed up to the 17th floor and is in progress from the 18th to the 21st.
  • The tiling works are underway; 80% in the toilets and 70% in the kitchens.
  • Drainage and water works are in progress up to the 25th floor.
  • AC ducts are completed from the Ground up to the 17th floor.
  • 100% of fire alarm & emergency cabling works are completed up to the 18th floor and in progress in the 19th floor.
  • 100% of the electrical works are completed up to the 24th floor and in progress in the 25th floor.
  • The Curtain walling works are underway with the aluminum frame works completed up to the 17th floor and the glass is fixed up to the 10th floor; of course the glass works are only in progress on these floors and are not yet 100% complete.
  • The renders and the design work for the main lobby, common areas and the Pure White Health Club have been completed by John R Harris and Partners (JRHP)

July 2010 Report

  • The 26th floor slab was cast on 28/06/2010.
  • The 27th floor slab is expected to be cast on 6/07/2010.
  • Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing works including Air conditioning, Fire fighting and wiring works are in progress up to the 20th floor.
  • Block works have been completed up to the 21st floor;
  • The walls have been plastered up to the 16th floor. ������

June 2010 Report

  • The 23rd floor slab was cast on 2nd June.
  • The steel reinforcement for the core walls CW1, CW2, CW3 and CW4 from 24th floor to U/s 25th were completed on 3rd June.
  • The steel reinforcement for columns & CW5 from 23rd floor to U/s 24th floor were completed on 3rd June.
  • Core walls CW1, CW2 & CW3 & CW4 from 23rd floor to U/s 24th floor will be cast by 10th June.
  • The columns and CW5 from 22nd floor to U/s 23rd floor were cast 1st June.
  • Chasing, conduiting & G.I. box fixing and wiring in progress at 16th floor.
  • Fire alarm wiring completed up to the 19th floor.
  • Lighting control wiring in progress on the 16th floor.
  • Cable tray support fixing completed up to 17th floor.
  • Electrical S/o & lighting control wiring marking down at 16th floor.
  • Drainage in progress at 17th floor.
  • A/C ducting in progress at Ground floor.
  • Chilled water piping in progress at ground floor
  • Chilled water piping pressure test completed up to 3rd floor & and in progress at the 4th & 5th floors.

May 2010 Report

  • The 20th floor slab was cast on 4th May
  • 65% of fire alarm & emergency cabling completed at 12th &13th floors.
  • 85% of electrical lighting wiring one circuit in the corridor completed at 12th &13th floors.
  • Electrical lighting wiring in progress on 2nd to 7th floor.
  • Fire fighting main line is in progress at the 9th floor.
  • Chilled water piping main line in progress at 7th to 8th floor.

April 2010 Report

  • The 16th floor slab was cast on 27th March.
  • The steel reinforcement for the core walls CW1, CW2 & CW3 from 17th floor to U/s 18th floor are complete.
  • The steel reinforcement for columns & CW5 from 16th floor to U/s 17th floor are in progress.
  • The steel reinforcement for CW4 from 17th floor to U/s 18th floor is in progress.
  • Core walls CW1, CW2 & CW3 & CW4 from 16th floor to U/s 17th floor have been cast.
  • The partial area of screen for Basement 2 has been cast.
  • Chasing conduiting & G.I. box fixing in progress on floor 11.
  • G.I boxes and junction box fixing on the core wall has been completed at 12th floor.
  • Fire alarm & emergency cabling completed 80% at 11th floor high level.
  • Electrical and MEP works are in progress and have reached the 10th floor.
