  • The 20th floor slab to top out (swimming pool floor) is expected to be cast on 25/12/2010 (delay encountered for DM final approval on the structure).
  • Block works are 100% completed up to the 15th floor, 90% in the 16th and 10% in the 17th floor.
  • Plastering works 100% are completed up to the 12th floor, 75% in 13th floor and 20% in 14th floor.
  • Painting works are in progress as follows:
  • B3 Ceiling: 100%; walls: 100%
  • B2 Ceiling: 90%: walls: 90%

  • Block works are completed up to the 14th floor, 80% in the 15th floor and 10% in the 16th floor.
  • Plastering works are completed up to the 10th floor and 50% in the 11th floor.
  • Painting works are in progress as follows:
    - Basement 3: Ceiling: 85%; walls: 85%
    - Basement 2: Ceiling: 85%: walls: 85%
    - Basement 1: Ceiling: 65%: walls: 65%
  • MEP works (AC, drainage, water supply, fire fighting & electrical) are in progress as follows:

  • The 18th floor slab is expected to be cast on 12th October.
  • Block works 100% completed up to the 12th floor and 60% complete on the 13th floor.
  • Plastering works are completed up to the 7th floor and 50% in the 8th floor.
  • MEP works (AC, drainage, water supply, fire fighting & electrical) are in progress with 60% completed from the ground to 2nd floors, 40% completed from the 3rd to 8th floors and 20% complete between the 9th and 15th floors.

September 2010 Report

  • 100% of the sub-structure is complete.
  • The contractor (UNEC) is 15 days ahead of their programme.
  • The 15th floor slab was cast on 8th September 2010.
  • Block works are completed up to the 10th floor, 85% complete in the 11th and 25% complete in the 12th floors respectively.
  • Plastering works are completed up to the 6th floor and 90% complete in the 7th floor.
  • MEP works (AC, drainage, water supply, fire fighting & electrical) are in progressing with 60% complete from the ground to 2nd floor and 30% complete from the 3rd to 8th floors.

August 2010 Report

  • The contractor (UNEC) is 17 days ahead of their program.
  • The 12th floor was cast on 2/08/2010.
  • The 13th slab is scheduled to be cast on 12th of August, 2010.
  • 100% of the block work has been completed in all the basements (B1, B2 and B3)
  • Block works are underway in 8th and 9th floor
  • Plastering work are underway in the GF & 3rd Floor
  • MEP works are underway in the basements and up to the typical floors
  • Finishing layers of anti carbonation paint completed in B3
  • Levelling layers of paint work completed in B2
  • Primer paint and base coat paint work is complete in B1
  • The 4th Floor is being prepared for plaster works
  • Preparations and MEP works for the new mock up flat No. 7

    - 35% complete at 3rd Floor
    - 35% complete at 4th Floor
  • Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing works underway for all 3 basements and typical floors
    - Painting with Stucco layer in progress
    - 90% complete in Basement 3
  • 70% complete in Basement 2
  • 85% of the plastering work for the stair case from GF to 1st floor is complete.
  • Casting of the 10th floor slab is scheduled for the 10th of July. �

June 2010 Report

  • Casting of the 6th floor slab was done on 30th of May.
  • Steel and shuttering for walls and columns (6th to 7th) slab level is in progress.
  • Block works at Ground Floor are 80% complete.
  • Block works on 1st floor are 25% complete
  • Block work layout for 2nd floor is in progress.
  • Steel and shuttering work for the core wall (5th to 6th) slab level
  • MEP works underway for all 3 basements
  • Painting with Stucco layer in Basement 3 is 60% complete
  • Painting with Stucco layer in B2 level is 30% complete
  • Plastering work for the stair case from GF to 1st floor is 60% complete.

May 2010 Report

  • The contractor is 17 days ahead of his program.
  • The 3rd floor has been casted on 28/04/2010
  • The 4th floor slab is expected to be cast on 08/05/2010.
  • Block works have been completed 100% in B3, 80% in B2 & 50% in B1.
  • Preparations for paint finishing sample in B3 level.

April 2010 Report

  • The contractor is 16 days ahead of his program.
  • The 1st floor slab will be cast on 6/4/2010.
  • Steel and shuttering work then pouring concrete for the boundary walls
  • Pouring concrete for the Attic slab
  • Pouring concrete for the stair case in the core zone
  • De shuttering works for the Ground Floor slab is on going.
  • Steel and post tension work for the First Floor slab
  • B-3 preparation for Block Layout
