Construction Status
August Report
PHASE ONE:
- The final de snagging has been completed and the inspection was done by BSBG last week.
- Final inspection took place on Sunday 1st August and final sign off will occur upon receipt of developer undertaking for balance of remaining snags during the defects liability period.
PHASE TWO:
- Tiling works for the walls in building 10 is 97% complete
- 40% of the flooring is complete in building 10.
- Tiling works for the walls in building 11 is 70% complete
- 20% of the flooring is complete in building 11.
- The block work is completed in buildings 7, 8 & 9.
- Plaster works is 25 % done in buildings 7, 8 & 9.
MEP, electrical and fire fighting works are in progress at different stages in each building.
PHASE THREE:
- The contractor ICC has now mobilized to site and preparation for final ground works before casting foundations are underway.
July Report
PHASE ONE:
- The final inspection on the de snagging list for phase one buildings will be carried out in the 1st week of July.
PHASE TWO:
- The super structure concrete works for all the buildings are now completed.
- Block works have been completed in all the buildings.
- Plaster works:
- 45% completed in buildings 7&11
- 60% completed in building 8&9.
- 100% completed in building 10. - Paint works:
- 40% of the paint works completed in building 10. - MEP works (electrical, fire fighting, pluming and AC):
- 30% in building 7, 10&11.
- 20% in buildings 8&9.
PHASE THREE:
- The excavation for the foundation has been completed.
- The contractor has started his mobilization to the site.
June Report
PHASE ONE:
- UniEstate has confirmed all units will be de-snagged by 15th June.
- BSBG will commence de-snagging checks on 16th June for all buildings
PHASE TWO:
- The super structure concrete works for all the buildings are now completed.
- Block works in buildings 10 & 11 have been completed.
- 95% of block work is complete in buildings 8 and 80% in buildings 7 & 9.
- 70% of the wall's ceramic is completed in building 10 and 30% in building 11.
- MEP, electrical and fire fighting works are in progress.
PHASE THREE:
- Excavation of the site has commenced with contractor mobilization
May Report
PHASE ONE:
- The final inspection is done by BSBG on 18/04/2010.
- Any new or outstanding snags from the final inspection have been handed to contractor for their attendance and the expected date for completion of all phase one snags is 15/05/2010.
PHASE TWO:
- 100% of super structure has been completed for all buildings (7-11).
- Block works in buildings 10 & 11 have been completed.
- 95% of block work is complete in building 8
- 80% of block work is complete in buildings 7 & 9.
- 70% of the wall's ceramic is complete in building 10
- 30% of the wall's ceramic is complete in building 11.
- MEP, electrical and fire fighting system works are in progress.
April Report
PHASE ONE:
- All phase 1 buildings snagging has been completed.
- The final inspection is due on 15th of April, 2010.
- The excavation for the lake has been completed from building 1 side up to Building 8.
- The tender for the MEP and civil works related to lake has been floated.
PHASE TWO:
- The super structure concrete works for all the buildings are now complete.
- Block works in Buildings 10 & 11 have been completed.
- 90% of block work is complete in buildings 8 and 80% in buildings 7 & 9.
- 60% of the wall's ceramic is completed in building 10 and 30% in building 11.
- MEP, electrical and firefighting equipment works have started.
